Mumbai, Jan 9 (IANS) Karan Johar and Farah Khan are two of the most prominent filmmakers in Bollywood. As the ‘Om Shanti Om’ maker turned 60 on 9th January 2025, KJo penned a special birthday post on his official Instagram
The Dharma head posted a couple of rare pictures with the birthday girl on social media and wrote, “Happy birthday to the most hilarious person I know on planet earth!!! A warm hug … a warmer heart and unabashedly talented!!!! @farahkhankunder is a force of nature and her legacy of work is incredible! Here’s to more memories and banter my darling Faru! Love you so much !!! Oops and you’re 60!! You don’t look it ( but you used to)”
Reacting to the post, Farah Khan commented, “I can’t believe i got a birthday post frm uuuuu.. n an old joke too with it… i lovvvvv u karuuuu.. iv known u for literally 60% of my life.”
Before this, filmmaker Zoya Akhtar also shared a photograph on her Instagram handle featuring Farah Khan, brother Farhan Akhtar, and Anusha Dandekar. It might be interesting to know that all three of them share the same birthday. Zoya Akhtar captioned the picture, “Bring It In.”
Meanwhile, Zoya Akhtar also posted another message for Farah Khan on her Instagram Stories. She shared a poster with the message, “I am doing this new thing. It is called whatever the hell I want.” Furthermore, she tagged the birthday girl, and penned, “Happy Birthday Farah. Stay Amazing. Stay Badass.”
Additionally, Malaika Arora also posted a special birthday message for Farah Khan. Dropping a string of pictures featuring the two, Malaika Arora shared the note, “Meri kameeniiiiiiii … ur now officially a senior citizen. Happy birthday!”
Farah Khan celebrated her 60th birthday at Zoya Akhtar’s Mumbai residence in the company of Shibani Dandekar, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, and Sajid Khan.
