Hyderabad, Nov 2:
Union Home Minister Amit Shah offered prayers at the Bhagyalakshmi Temple during his visit to Hyderabad on Monday.
Shah is scheduled to undertake a padayatra in the afternoon as part of the Telangana BJP’s campaign against what it alleges is the Congress’s misleading narrative surrounding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
The foot march will commence from the Babu Jagjivan Ram statue at Basheerbagh and conclude at Mozamjahi Market. The BJP aims to counter the Congress’s allegations regarding the SIR exercise through the campaign.
