New Delhi, October 19; The Freedom Press: Maulana Syed Arshad Madani, president of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, has strongly condemned the Houthi attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, expressing concern over the escalating violence and its potential impact on regional peace and stability.
In his reported reaction, Maulana Madani expressed serious concern over the attacks on Saudi territory, particularly amid growing tensions in the region. The renewed hostilities have raised concerns over the safety of civilians, residents and pilgrims visiting the Kingdom for religious purposes.
The attacks have also disrupted travel and heightened anxiety among people travelling to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and other religious obligations.
The Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind president’s reported condemnation comes at a time when several international and Muslim organisations have voiced concern over the attacks and called for the protection of civilians and civilian infrastructure.
