Hyderabad, October 19; The Freedom Press: The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) on Monday demanded an immediate inquiry into the demolition of a century-old structure near Pillar No. 97 on Attapur Road in Hyderabad.
AIMIM MLA Kausar Mohiuddin, who represents the Karwan constituency, visited the site along with concerned officials and police personnel to inquire into the demolition.
The MLA urged the State Government to order a thorough investigation into the incident and initiate appropriate legal action against those found responsible.
“ The demolition of the century-old structure near Pillar No. 97 on Attapur Road has been brought to the attention of AIMIM president Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi and the concerned authorities. I urge the government to conduct an immediate inquiry and take appropriate legal action against those found responsible,” Kausar Mohiuddin said.
The MLA called for the authorities to establish the circumstances surrounding the demolition and ensure accountability.(eom)
