Babri demolition verdict created permanent faultline in history: MBT

FREEDOM PRESS BUREAU
Hyderabad, Sept 30: Reacting to the acquittal of all 32 people accused in the Babri mosque demolition case, Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) President Majeed Ullah Khan on Wednesday stated that the wheel of consistent injustice in the Babri Masjid case had completed its circle creating a permanent faultline in history.

He said, “saffronisation of judiciary and bureaucracy clearly working for fascist saffron agenda in higher echelons of hierarchy needs no more evidenced with CBI clearly becoming a tool, weakening the pieces of evidence and failing the judiciary in delivering justice, which is leading to aspersions on justice system resulting in degradation of democracy.”

Farhat Khan, as the MBT president is also known, said that the Modi regime’ moves are a clear signal of not only luring but take over of the judiciary & bureaucracy to subvert secularism with paid saffron media working to that end.

It is sad that the dangerous and imperious path chosen is being gleefully encouraged by polarised sections and paid media, he added.

He also said, “by the time people of this great nation realize their mistake of legitimizing acts of terror such as the acquittal of the accused in the demolition of Babri Masjid, it will be too late on the path of self-destruction to re-correct the faultlines created in the history.

Khan further alleged that the promotions and appointments narrate with ample proof wherein former CJI Rajan Gogoi got rewarded for delivering ‘Error’s in Justice’ by throwing all legality’s and norms to wind handed over Ayodhya land to the temple and also helped the Modi government to wage a coup to hide Rafale scam.

Listing-out more examples, he added, Justice Sathasivam who scraped FIR against Amit Shah in the Shorabuddin case was appointed as Governor of Kerala just after his retirement, R K Raghavan the Chief of SIT who gave a clean chit to Narendra Modi in the 2002 Gujrat riots was promoted as Indian Ambassador to Cyprus, RKS Bhadauria the man who led Rafale deal became IAF Chief, Advocate Uday Lalit who represented Amit Shah in Tulasi Prajapathi case was appointed as a Judge in Supreme Court, Tushar Mehta who advised accused of 2002 riots and leaked documents was appointed as Additional Advocate General of India, YC Modi who gave Modi a clean chit in 2002 Gulbarg Society massacre and who also investigated Haren Pandya case was appointed as NIA Chief and is the front runner to be CBI Chief in future and Sunil Arora of infamous ‘Nira Radia’ tapes was appointed as Chief Election Commissioner of India.
