Hyderabad, April 7: Forty more tested positive for COVID-19 in Telangana on Tuesday taking the total number of positive cases to 404 out of which 348 are active cases.
With no fatality reported in past 3-days COVID-19 death poll stand still at 11 in the state, while as many as 45 patients including 10 Indonesians were discharged after they were fully recovered.
Meanwhile, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar is continuously conduction video conference with concerned officials, each day.
However, the bulletin issued by Telangana Public Health & Family Welfare assured that till now no evidence of Community transmission was found in Telangana state.
The bulletin is also continuously asserting that six labs are working round the clock in three shifts to conduct tests and to meet the diagnostic demand.
Earlier on Monday, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao said that in the first phase, 25,937 foreign returnees were quarantined, while thirty of them and their 20 family members tested positive.
The Chief Minister had also said in the second phase, 1,089 people who attended the Delhi event were identified and quarantined.
