Hyderabad, Feb 5: The students of Government Nizamia Tibbi College on Wednesday completed a month of continues protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR) within their campus in Hyderabad.

With a peaceful march on Tuesday, the students also demanded that central government take serious actions against gun firing at protesters near Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) and at Shaheen Bagh in New Delhi.

The students also wore bandages on their eyes and hands in solidarity with Jamia students who were injured in the attacks

A student of the college talking to the media, said despite the pleas and protests, the government is ignoring the demands of the population. Incidents of assault and firing are taking place one after the other. But the government has failed to stop the troublemakers.

As the continues protest by the students entered its 31st day, the gathering of students outside the campus raised anit-CAA & NRC slogans. Rollback CAA, Do not implement NRC and Stop NPR, were few among the slogans raised by the students.

Do not divide India & Indians. Both the CAA & NRC is anit-national and anti-secular, said a student participating in the protest. We young India resolve to fight back the government imposed CAA-NPR-NRC the student added.

We stand united with protesting students all over the country, said another student.
