Cold wave conditions continue in TS, AP

Hyderabad, Jan 31: Cold wave conditions are very likely to occur at isolated Places in Adilabad, Kombarambheem, Mahabubabad, Nirmal and Mancherial districts of north Telangana during the next 24-hours.
A trough runs from south interior Karnataka to Marathwada across North Interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above sea level. Mainly low level easterly/northeastern lies prevail over the state.
Dry weather very likely to prevail over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and Rayalaseema during the next 5-days, the MET office said in its bulletin here on Thursday.
Severe cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in the district of Peddapalle and cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in the districts of Medak and Adilabad of Telangana during the last 24-hours.
Similarly, cold wave conditions also prevailed at isolated places in the district of Srikakulam of Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the same period.
Lowest minimum temperatures of six-degree Celsius was recorded at Adilabad in Telangana while 13 degrees Celsius recorded Nandigama in Andhra Pradesh.
